Uny CHAN has received education in Hong Kong, Italy, Turkey and the U.S. on scholarships. He posseses a degree in International Business and Finance. Uny is experienced in supply chain management and worked in a statutory body prior to joining Fidinam, where he mainly focuses on the Chinese and MENA market.

Stefano MENOTTI joined Fidinam DMCC (Dubai) in October 2017 as company Manager.He is a senior consultant with 15+ years' experience in business consultancies with special focus on corporate structuring, cross border transactions, wealth planning and direct/indirect taxation. Stefano Menotti holds a master degree of Economics from Catholic University of Milano (Italy) and obtained qualification from the Italian professional accounting association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors (ODCEC).

Sara Silenzi holds a law degree from University of Parma (Italy) and a second Level Master in Business and Company Law from LUISS University Guido Carli (Rome). She passed the Italian Bar Exam in 2015. She is experienced in Italian company and tax law.

He is also member of the Board of Directors of ST Australia Real Estate, ST USA Real Estate and of all Coweley Companies in Australia. Co-founder of Newscron a Swiss based media start-up. He holds an Executive Masters degree in Business Administration from Università della Svizzera Italiana.

Patrick HEIMANN holds a Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance from the Zurich University, Switzerland and a Master Degree in Business Innovation obtained at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. Over the past years, Patrick has developed a portfolio of knowledge covering the fields of Banking, Business Engineering and Sales with a strong focus on the Asian region.

Craig STUCKEY is the Executive Director of Fidinam (Australasia) Real Estate. He holds 43 years of experience in the Australian Real Estate Market including property development, construction, investment and management. Craig has overseen over AUD$3.5 billion of Australian property transactions and has expertise and track record in all areas of property market – commercial, industrial, residential and retail.

Since 2009 she has been nominated responsible of the Milan office M&A team. She has expertise in Mergers and acquisitions, cross border transction, corporate and contractual law.

Before joining Fidinam, she was working for a leading Italian law firm, where she was specialized in tax. He has experience in advising, structuring, tax planning, M&A, legal, joint stock company partnership, tax due diligence and audit. He graduated in Business, Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

He started his career at the Lugano-based law firm Tettamanti Spiess & Associati (later known as Brunoni Pedrazzini Molino Mottis), where he was an Associate from 1985 to 1993 and Partner from 1993 to 2005 with a focus on contract law and M&A, corporate law, international tax law, and financial law. During this period he advised industrial and financial investors in cross border joint-ventures and M&A transactions in Europe, Asia and America.
